I have designed a Nutrition guide and Personalised packages to help you reach your goal whilst staying healthy.


The nutrition guide a is a basic yet essential guide of what you should be eating and how to eat throughout the day to stay healthy. This is consists of a pdf of different food groups with examples, tips as well as do’s and don’ts.



  • Nutrition Guide


All personalised nutrition packages will include a full day’s meal plan. You can choose from either: 1 day, 3 day or 7 day meal plan. There will be 10 questions and based on your answers you will receive your very own meal plan to help you to reach your goal whilst staying healthy. All personalised plans will be delivered within 2 working days.

If you want to introduce Herbalife products and coaching as part of your meal plan, please state in your answers.
